Loyalty scores, Loyalty Coupon

We no longer offer the possibility for our Customers to collect loyalty scores (ceased from 8 February, 2014).

However, scores achieved before this date can still be validated, in the following way. Coupons received in other ways can still be used.

Loyalty scores from several purchases add up. You will have to change them into coupons before purchasing (at the MY ACCOUNT - My Loyalty Scores menu option) and add them to the content of your basket.

Several coupons may be used for one purchase. In case the value of the coupon is higher than the price of the product, the remaining value will be lost.

Validity of loyalty coupons: 1 year.

At the My Coupons menu option you can only see the coupons which come from the purchase. You cannot see the Discount Card Coupons and Gift Coupons. These are not personalized, so only the internal system registers them. Only coupons (coupon codes) registered by the internal system will be accepted.

Gift Coupon

You would like to give somebody a product from our webshop as a present, but you don’t know which one to choose? Buy a Gift Coupon, with which you can purchase any of the products in our webshop. When buying something, you can validate it by giving the coupon code. The Gift Coupon is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

You can buy a Coupon of any value, just inform us about your demands.

Please keep the receipt, on which you can also see the code of the coupon. You can prove the originality of your coupon with this. In case the system refuses the coupon code, please contact our colleagues. Our system will only accept coupons (coupon codes) issued with a receipt and registered by our internal system.
